Surrounded by shops and less than a block from Union Square, this high-rise business hotel is a 4-minute walk from Chinatown and 11 minutes by foot from the Moscone Center. Modern rooms with free Wi-Fi feature work desks, flat-screen TVs, minifridges and coffeemakers; some offer bay views. Upgraded rooms add access to a lounge with free breakfast and snacks. Suites have living rooms, and some have kitchenettes. Room service is available. There's an American bistro, a cocktail lounge, and a coffee bar with snacks. A 35th-floor gym has floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. A ballroom, a conference theater and meeting rooms are also available.

ホテルはGrand Hyatt San Francisco 部屋は３０階(サウス・オブ・マーケット側)だったので、とてもキレイな夜景を堪能できた。部屋はコンパクトで清潔。３６階にあるレストランからは、サンフランシスコ一帯の街並みを眺めることが出来る。ホテル内のジムも使用。コンシェルジュが親切で、つたない英語ながらいろいろと話が出来て楽しかった。
