In an unfussy tower on a lively street, this laid-back hotel is a minute's walk from Dragon's Gate, the entrance to Chinatown. It's also 4 minutes' walk from a cable car stop and a 5-minute walk from Union Square. Warm, traditionally furnished rooms include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans; most offer city views. Kids age 12 and under stay at no extra cost. Complimentary hot drinks are served in the lobby. There's a 24-hour reception and a business center. Valet parking is available for a surcharge.

We have stayed here many times and prefer it over other larger hotels. I’m writing a review mainly for the fact that this last time we came to the city it reminded me of old times. Bustling city streets, parades, and good food etc. Hotel 32One is right in the middle of all that fun for a value price. We enjoy the comfortable beds and linens as well as the friendly customer service; usually by Leti (my apologies I’m not 100% of her name at the moment). Also, the White House Garage is a secure, clean parking garage nearby.
